One of Keith Jackson’s best calls for a football game was in Ann Arbor back in 1994. I’m not sure any of the Michigan fans were happy with the outcome. 1997’s 27-3 Michigan victory was a stepping stone to a very nice season that year. Lets hope this year’s game is more the later than the former.

To celebrate the Buffalos coming to town the tailgate theme is MEXICAN FIESTA! There is no connection between UC and Mexican food, we just thought it would be a great idea for this tailgate!

Like our beloved Italian Beef tailgates, the hosts will be pre-ordering the “good stuff” from local Ann Arbor favorite, Chela’s Restaurant & Taqueria. This means we NEED YOU to please sign up by Thursday as to how many you have coming, and if you’ll be having a main course (chicken, beef, or pork). We expect 15 – 20# of meat from Chela’s but need to know numbers to be sure we have enough.

To help make the tailgates more walking friendly the hosts will be getting more food / supplies during the week to bring in with the cars and parking passes. This means a contribution to a cash fund is a great suggestion and easy for you to carry in!
