Is anyone still reliving the end of the USC game? Anyone? Just Me? Ok fine….

This week we welcome the Golden Gophers of Minnesota. The game is at noon so let’s simplify this week with Sloppy Joes starting at around 10:30. If you have been with us in the past, you know what this means, if you make a batch of sloppy joes and bring them in, then you do not need to contribute money for the main course. For anyone bringing in Sloppy Joes, if you want to just bring in a bag or container, we can heat things up on the stove and will have crockpots along. If you want to come in early we will have the option for breakfast starting around 8:30. Be sure to let us know if you want us to include you in the early food. As a reminder we run the tailgate by us bringing in the main course and the soda and water for a flat contribution. Then you need to bring a side or dessert appropriate for the size of your group. 

This week will be $10 per adult and $10 per child (unless you have one of those high school linemen who eats for 5 people…). Remember, if you sign up we are purchasing food for you. It helps us to plan if we know by the end of the day Wednesday. Please do us the favor of signing up early.

For those who want to partake, we will have the keg for beer or seltzer. Last week was Atwater Dirty Blonde and WarWater Honolulu Blue. Please signup so we can order the appropriate amount. 

Other tailgate notes:

• For people coming early there is the option to signup for breakfast. We only bring in supplies for those who sign up by Friday morning.
• We know there are various dietary restrictions and preferences so the grill can be available if you need to cook your own food.  
• There is an option to sign up for keg beer from Atwater Brewing Company and seltzer from Warwater at $10 per person.   
• Tailgate is BYOB other than the community items in the white cooler.  If you add to the community beer supply then you are welcome to take from it. The tailgate team did a great job last week reducing the load by about half. Thanks. There are still lots of options in there if you want something different.
